These terms cover your use of ViperAI Shield — the website at viperai.co and the ViperAI Shield app. By using them, you agree to what's below. We've kept it plain.

What ViperAI Shield is

A tool that helps you spot scams, block known scam websites, and — on paid plans — block scam calls and texts and protect your family. It is a strong layer of protection, not a guarantee. No scam filter catches everything. Always use your own judgment before sending money or personal information, and when in doubt, contact the person or company through a number you already trust.

The free service

Checking messages for scams is free, with no account required. Free site-blocking options require a supported browser or DNS setup. We create an anonymous ID so the tools work. Fair-use limits may apply to keep the service available for everyone.

Forthcoming paid plans

The iPhone app is not publicly available yet. The prices below describe planned tiers, not an offer to purchase today. No new web checkout is currently offered. Existing billing obligations remain subject to their purchase terms.

Pro ($4.99/month or $39.99/year) adds iPhone scam-call blocking and scam-text filtering after setup, and removes the iPhone app's monthly photo-check quota. Fair-use service limits still apply; photo analysis cannot guarantee authenticity.
Family ($12.99/month or $99.99/year, up to 6 people) adds the household dashboard, reported protection-off alerts, and supported AI-domain restrictions through Family DNS after device setup.
Any existing subscription purchased in the iPhone app is billed by Apple through your Apple ID and is governed by Apple's terms; manage or cancel it in your Apple subscription settings. Free trials, where offered, convert to paid unless cancelled before they end. Prices may vary by region and may change with notice.

Your account & conduct

You're responsible for activity on your account and for using the service lawfully. Don't misuse it, attempt to break or overload it, or use it to harm others. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Family features

Family features let an admin invite members and manage protection settings. Anyone you add must consent to being added. On-device protection can be turned off by the person holding that device — we make our best effort to alert the admin, but we can't force another person's phone to stay protected.

ViperAI Shield provides information to help you make safer decisions; it is not legal, financial, or security advice. The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses arising from a scam we did not catch. Nothing here limits rights you have that can't be waived under applicable law.

Who we are & governing law

ViperAI Shield is operated by Astratic Technologies LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
